"Amazing stay, staff are very helpful and friendly. Only thing i would say is the drinks are too over priced! Otherwise perfect. We stayed on the 6th floor Adults only. Beautiful room only thing i could pick fault with wss that it was a balcony roombut no chairs to wnjoy it on a Beautiful sunny day. "

"Rooms were clean and modern, staff were great, breakfast as you would expect. Area not great e.g. drug users in underpass to get to central area. but it is in the middle of town."

"We really enjoyed our stay the service at check in was great very friendly. The room was great for what we wanted the only issue I would have is the duvet I think it had seen better days it felt more like a sheet than anything! Bed was really comfortable though. Breakfast was perfect it had everything that we needed, nothing was too much trouble for the staff "

"Very professional welcome and check in process with clear guidance on how to get to my room. Room decor was dated but it was very clean and bedding/towels were spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Good amenities in the room. Sadly I didn’t get to use the pool/gym due to my arrival/departure times. The building itself is very impressive and the grounds were lovely- I can imagine that drinks on the terrace overlooking the garden in good weather would be quite a special experience. The restaurant areas looked very nice but I did not eat there. I would book to stay again in the future. "
