The furniture dated needs updating. Also pillows very hard! I had room 515, and had the report broken toilet handle it wouldn’t flush. They did send someone. "

"Hotel staff were amazing...room was very spacious and clean. Unfortunately I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with the Genting casino staff during my visit for my birthday. I encountered rude and unprofessional behavior and I was feeling very distressed by this. However, the hotel staff completely turned my night around.
