"The studio has many facilities which I felt would benefit couples/families more. The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message. This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. After checking out, the deposit was not returned until I chased for it."

"Excellent value accommodation in an area where hotels etc are really expensive. Easy to check into reception, room is clean and has everything you’d need. It was very quiet and not many folk staying. Security is a bonus ….. we were really impressed and will come again. "

"Perfect overnight accommodation when visiting the NEC. The room was comfortable and spacious, with kitchenette and shower room. The room had been pre-heated for me, which was lovely to arrive to. It was easy to find and I slept well. Only minor flaws are the automatic shower room light which goes on/off all the time (even when in there), and the shower room would benefit from a bit of maintenance. However, would absolutely recommend "

"Fantastic place to stay, in a very good spot in the town center of Banbury. Communication with the company regarding check in was brilliant. The flat has everything for your stay. Central heating is spot on also. There is a carpark outside the block of flats, which is priced fairly for a whole week in the town center. I will stop here again on the next time I`m here for work."

"The property itself if good. It is large and spacious with confortable beds and a large lounge. Finding it was not easy and the directions were not as helpful as they could be. The details about how to enter/access the property were quite confusing and unclear. The kitchen area was ok but rather surprisingly there were no sharp knives which is quite a big oversight. "The accommodation was clean, parts of the floor need attention, bathroom was clean with 1 towel and loo roll. Initial communication was fine but the tv nor internet wasn’t working so any coms re these issues absolutely not response, event tried calling but no answer. I know the area very well but as this is essentially an extension to a residential property it doesn’t look like a hotel. "Please be aware this is a shared kitchen. The property is on a working farm which is off the main road and nice and quiet. Difficult to find the entrance. Look out for the small sign for lower field farm go down a long farm track and you get to the farm. The property could do with some TLC but over all ok. "

"Walking distance from World Resort Arena and Birmingham International train station. Super convinient if yiu are attending a concert or event nerby. Price is extremely low considering for the area. Ower is super nice and had no problem reaching him to sort out payment issue. Highly recommend 👌 "

Crowne Plaza Stratford Upon Avon, an IHG Hotel

"Lovely large room with a view of Stratford, comfy bed and pilllows and walkable distance to shops and places to visit. Only thing missing was a coffee machine! Breakfast was ok but could have been hotter. Staff were all very polite and helpfull. Would stay again but not in a club lounge room. The food there was the same every night and not to many people's taste. "
