"We stayed for 2 nights at The Rutland Arms. Overall a great hotel. Parking at the hotel is very limited so you need to arrive at just the right time to get in their car park (between 11am-12pm). Otherwise you need to park in public car park nearby, which are plentiful and only charge £1 for overnight parking. The food & service were brilliant. Decor in main areas was really eye catching. "The whole place needs a refurb, it's very dated. There was an awful smell through the corridor. Cobwebs all over the apartment, damp in the bathroom. Flooring lifting in places. Loud music playing till the early hours, unsure of this was from downstairs or the pub across the road. One of the beds was very precarious, wheels may have been broken. "
