"The room with king-size bed is too small, like a upgraded economy hotel room. Also, not enough lights inside the room, quite dim at night. "

"I noticed that some rooms having heated toilet seats but some not having as I had stayed in different rooms. Rm 1802 is much better than Rm 1318, according to my experience. The concierge staff are very helpful and wonderful."

Prime location, delightful service!

"Location is unbeatable, with direct access from Baiyun Airport via the Metro! Mr. Le Wen, the mixologist at the #33 Executive Lounge, crafted some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had, transforming the Happy Hour into a delightful experience. His expertise and friendly demeanor really made us feel welcome and relaxed. Highly recommend Sheraton GZ for both its prime location and delightful service!"
