The staff at hotel reception was very helpful and allow us to check out later as our flight is 6pm. We will choose to stay here again if we return to Guangzhou in future. "

"This is a very luxurious hotel, the room was expertly cleaned everyday and the gym and spa area was immaculate and probably the best I have experienced in terms of quality and facilities. Initially we had a room facing the main junction which we found a bit noisy. We got moved to a room on the opposite side which was much quieter. I am sensitive to sound so maybe other guests would be fine. The Michelin star restaurant was amazing for a treat and not too expensive. Breakfast is fantastic...
