"Property is mainly clean. Has every thing you would ever need except WiFi. I thought we'd be able to use wifi at the restaurants but we never found any. Only other downside about the place was the brush cotton(?) PLASTIC sheet it was impossibly to sleep on as it incredibly hot. We had brought some bedding from home so we used that.we couldnt see how this sheet could be washed as it wouldnt have fitted in a standard washing machine. Unfortunately the hosts English was worse than our French...

"Excellent location in the old town area. Close to shops, restaurants, lake and Christmas Market. Loft was clean and had an equipped kitchen with everything we required. Having a washing machine was a great bonus, Outdoor terrace is very private and would have been great to use if the weather was a bit warmer. Check in was easy and host replied to messages quickly. Would stay again if back in Annecy. "

"This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "

"We had a fabulous time staying in Sevrier. The apartment was clean, had all necessary provisions for a great stay; washing machine, kettle, coffee machines, plenty of cooking utensils and crockery/ glassware. There was a bus from the end of the road running every 20 minutes into Annecy and an amazing bakery with good quality take away coffee at the end of the road. "The only thing I can say here, is that when we arrived the unit was extremely cold. The heat on a couple units wasn't working. However, they responded to our concern right away and did their best to mitigate the issue. The next day, they brought in someone to have a look at the heating system, and even brought extra heaters. So well done!"
