"The hotel is so dirty and outdated. The bathroom smells so bad and has so many mold and mildew stains. The toilet needs to be replaced and the lighting needs to be fixed. The tv is from the early 2000’s and also there’s no lock for the balcony. This is in a sketchy area. Also want to add that the mattress are all very firm. I would say it’s on the extra firm side. Add a few more bucks and stay elsewhere! "

"It’s just a place. But for $20 or so, not expected much. Sad and tired if you’re comparing. Just a cube with a bed,.permanently no cable tv, if you’re into that sort of thing. Toilet seat with broken hinge, etc. "

"We had a great experience at the Sathon! We arrived late in the evening and was greeted by very friendly people at the front desk. They were sure to take down our breakfast order for the next day. Breakfast was delicious and the servers were very kind and attentive. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. It was also a very convenient location. A short walk to the old city, and a short walk to a night market in the other direction. Would stay here again!"

"The entire staff was amazing. Answered all my question. Very helpful and they kept my luggage while I travel up north. Only 3 minutes walk from the BTS Saint Louis as a bonus there is a restaurant served Roast duck, Roast pork and wonton soup and rice dishes, also an Canteen at Saint Louis hospital only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Definitely will return "
