"Such a lovely stay and welcome to Cape Town! We arrived off a long flight and were greeted with breakfast & friendly smiles. We were even surprised with a room upgrade for the first 2 nights of our stay. Rooms were super comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and staff was super friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend a stay here! "

"Check-in took 90 minutes. There was no internet as the data allotment had been used by someone else and management was unwilling to address this. Customer service was poor, with no return communication from the facility caretaker. Very tiny, old television. Mismatched and chipped crockery. Vintage appliances. Loose floor tiles. Shower require you to step very high and it a falling hazard. Large security deposit. Close to a grocery store and the beach. Hot water was good. "
