"This property is an absolute delight!!! Superb in every way. Staff are friendly, helpful, courteous. They go out of their way to accommodate. Property is immaculate!!!! Squeaky clean, warm, delightful old English charmed building in excellent condition throughout! Food is excellent, well presented and super tasty!!! A short walk opposite the property takes you to the most charming of Yorkshire market towns Howes. We will be back!!!! Great job to the whole team at Stonehouse Hotel "

"We were in Bedale to attend the Middleham Open Day. It was a perfect base for us.The cottage was absolutely perfect. A real home from home. There was everything you would need for a weekend stay or even longer. We enjoyed a lovely walk along the river out the back. Would definitely recommend and hope we will be back one day. "

"This is a lovely cottage, well converted, in the centre of Grssington. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It was very clean when we arrived, complete with an information pack, local guide books etc. we really enjoyed our stay here and Grassington is so pretty. Luckily we had great weather so we made the most of our stay touring the Dales."
