"Lovely property in a peaceful location with fantastic views over the reservoir and up the valley. Perfect for our stay and with a secure store for bikes. Some fantastic rides up on the moors. Excellent and friendly host. Only downside was all local pubs don’t open on Monday or Tuesday so take food or be prepared to drive to Pateley Bridge."

"We were in Bedale to attend the Middleham Open Day. It was a perfect base for us.The cottage was absolutely perfect. A real home from home. It was very clean when we arrived, complete with an information pack, local guide books etc. we really enjoyed our stay here and Grassington is so pretty.
