Had a relaxing stay and would definitely consider again next time we were in York. Small supermarket and Mrs Greedy’s at end of road was excellent for supplies and a quick cooked breakfast. "

"We had such a lovely 2 night stay here! The lodge was in pristine condition, with all necessities like tea, coffee, milk. The hot tub was ready for us to get in. There were plenty of useful extras like iron, travel cot, hairdryers, plenty of toilet rolls. There was an en-suite with shower and a family bathroom too. "We had a lovely stay for four days here. The apartment had enough space for us to spread out, and having an outdoor space and a washer/dryer was welcome. It got a bit hot one day where the bedrooms were; I would recommend a fan in each room and sun blocking curtains for warmer summer weather. The street was mostly quiet except for one night that got a bit rowdy (nothing too bad). We particularly appreciated the amenities, the books on York/Yorkshire, and the Agatha Christies!
