"The room was very Spacious for a European hotel room. Separate water closet and bathroom that had a tub and standing shower. A twin bed was made up for our child plus we a queen sized mattress for my wife and I. Yasmine at the front desk was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Lastly, we were very close to the metro station so easy to get too and from major attractions."

"Nice small hotel in a nice area. The service was great, almost too friendly. The staff was helpful and prompt. The property itself is a little dated and could use a refresh. Some of the amenities took a bit to figure out or just worked very slowly. Heating was a little wonky. They limit the max temperature, which is fine, but it was a little temperamental and was too cold or too hot. The pool/spa area was fine but also showing it's age. The hot tub was just cleaned and cold but that wasn't...

"Amazing stay! The hotel is 2 min walk to metro and Trocadero. Our room was nice and clean. The check in and check out was fast. The free breakfast was good and the Filipino staff breakfast dining and reception )was very helpful. Will definitely stay at this hotel again "

"Absolutely beautiful and relaxing place. Secure on site parking. Food in the restaurant amazing. Choice of food in the bar limited, so if staying a few days, feels like not enough to choose from. Staff helpfull and trying thier best to help and delivery top service. One thing is no lift in the property, so lagguage on the higher levels to be curried by hand, but staff is happy to help with it."
