"Where the hotel is located is very close to the airport, so for people like me needing to go there, they aren't far from it. The only thing I have a negative experience with was the cards for the doors, it just flashes the doors both red and green, not either one specifically, so it was really confusing the first time that happened."

"Nice property to stay at in Cowichan Bay. Rooms have been updated with new bathroom fixtures, new mattresses and nice kitchen facilities. Beds are very comfortable. "

"Kids loved the pool/hot tub! Great to have a restaurant onsite. Many bugs. Cleaning below par. Room had finger nails and a safety pin left on the floor, after cleaned again you could tell the floor was simply mopped and the yuck and nails and pin were along the wall after they were done. "
