Convenient location and nice staff. Above average breakfast included at reasonable rates. This is an older property that could use some updating.
Check in was not smooth. Reservation was non existent. Booked through Expedia but staff did not know how to access the correct rate.
Location good for my needs. Room was fine.
Stayed here several times for business and always pleasing. Comfortable bed. Clean. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is what you’d expect but nothing exceptional.

It was quiet and the rooms were large. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
I had to mention cleanliness - we did not eat in our room and there were numerous food crumbs on the floor. Mirrors were streaky. Cleanliness was lacking.
We were there for 45 mins to get ready for the Taylor Swift concert and came back and slept for 7 hours and checked out. The food etc wasnt from us. Better attention to detail

This hotel was nice enough to lay are head down after the Taylor Swift concert. The staff at the front desk was amazing! Friendly, helpful, the service was great!
Check in and out was easy. Our room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. It was very quiet. Carol, who looked after the breakfast room was amazing - cleanest, tidiest space I've ever seen in a hotel.
The manager said they classify this hotel as economy business and I would agree.
