"Poor signage for how to get from the underground patking to the hotel elevator. Other than that our stay was fantastic. Francois was a pleasure to deal with upon check in and anytime I saw hotel staff they were very pleasent and welcoming and always said hello. I will recommend for any friends visiting Montreal"

"I really liked the staff at the reception, they were super friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early, which was highly appreciated since I travelled during the whole night. The room was clean and comfortable, the only thing I didn't like that much was the neighborhood, but I felt safe the whole time and there was a metro stop nearby. There's also all kinds of places to eat nearby."
