"Under the beds clearly hadn't been cleaned in months. Large accumulation of dust, some wadded up tissue, and a piece of chewed gum. Staff was amazing though. Everything else was immaculate. Many options available on the TV. And the online price was quite low. Overall....4/5 and will definitely will return. "

"It is part of a stretch of older attached row houses---You need to know there are steep narrow stairs (like those in the houses in Amsterdam) to go up and down---While my room was old, the bed was wonderfully comfortable--The breakfast is substantial, an omelet or pancakes, cereal, yogurt--I would definitely stay there again, and will."

"Smallest hotel room ever seen in my life. The sheets were clean and bathroom looked ok, but bathroom had not been cleaned properly. Everything looked like it was falling apart, mattress was busted, very poor noise insulation (could hear full conversation from the girls in a room down the hall)...dissapointing"

It was about 5-10 minute walk from a homeless area so if its your first time in Montreal just be aware of were you are walking but the actual property is very safe.Staff were very friendly and spoke english when i couldnt speak french which was very accomdating of them. My only small issue was that it was very cold when i went like -2/-3 and they provide only a small light summer blanket. So i needed to use extra clothes to stay warm at night"
