Only downside was that the hot tub wasn't working properly and the temperature was the same temp as the pool and the slide wasn't open for the kids to use either. "

"Received a call asking if we were arriving soon, ask staff why called wanted to leave at 8:00 , we arrived around 7:15-7:30, (online information was front desk open until 9:00) We received the wrong room, book a one bed and received a double bed, and couldn’t understand the staff correctly Room are clean and nice view from the room"
