"We stayed at Hogs Hollow for two nights whilst driving the garden route and we loved our stay. Our room - no 17 (or rather suite) was stunning. Breathtaking views from our private veranda and a spacious room with living area and large bed, and not to mention a wood burner that was freshly laid each day kept those chilly nights away. "I was travelling with my colleague on a work related visit to a family in Plett. We travelled 800km to Plett, only to be told by the lodge that our bookings were cancelled the morning of the check-in day. As to why the booking was cancelled, we were told that it is because my card payment was declined. This was nonsense as this payment was made more than a month before the check-in day and there was not such communication. I even checked with my bank and my money was still out of my bank...
