" they don’t give you key to the room and they charge you 200 pesos for each guest comes to visit you and stay even for five minutes. they do not provide you with a good room condition unless you start talk to them aggressively and they are kind of very rude people. I don’t recommend anybody coming from USA to book here."

"The close proximity to the Basilica was a plus, at nights it was noisy and there was no room cleaning service unless you asked. Stayed 4 nights 5 days, they only cleaned the room oubce and only because we asked."

"The room was like a mini apartment, staff was attentive and friendly. Great for our stay with lots of space. A few hiccups were quickly taken care of. You must pay a separate fee for room service. Rooftop is quaint and modern just like the rest of the hotel. Although it’s on a busy street, yes it’s central to everything. We walked in every different direction and found plenty of food and shopping in the beautiful trendy neighborhoods. Recommend and would stay again!"
