" they don’t give you key to the room and they charge you 200 pesos for each guest comes to visit you and stay even for five minutes. they do not provide you with a good room condition unless you start talk to them aggressively and they are kind of very rude people. "This is a very nice hotel in the Roma Norte area. Super conveniently located around shopping venues. It was clean and the communication with the front desk was excellent. The only thing I can highlight that was odd was that cleaning the room required a charge of 400 pesos. One would expect this to be included in the price since it is a hotel. I liked that it also had a laundromat of sorts on the property, but I did not use it. I would stay here again."
