"The house is very modern with amazing views. Set up and the colors they use all over the house are just amazing. The singing of the frogs and crickets at night made this place like an enchanting environment along with the everyday mist all over the mountains. My family and I had a blast in these beautiful mountain house. Communication with the host and Daniel were very easy. They both very polite and helpful Thank you Mr Ulises "

"My major complaint is because they said we renting entire house and is only an apartment and they don’t let you go to any other part of the property. I ask to the guy and he said is only for the view. Also they have somebody living on the top of the house. Which make us feel insecure he said we need to lack the door on the apartment because we sharing the stairs with the person. This house or apartment definitely need to be reconsider for Expedia. "The house was great, the location was what we were looking for. Unfortunately the check in process is not well coordinated. The hosts to the home are not available after hours so be cautious if planning to arrive late. The night guards had no idea what to do when we arrived and would not let us in for over an hour. The host was not any help at that time. We ended up getting in after 4 am. Also the home is not equiped with ANY sort of fan or celing fans so be cautious going during the summer...

"Very nice cozy and confortable 2 bedrooms apartment, all new and remodeled, everything you need for your short stay vacations,close to everything. Dona Isabel is so helpfull and nice,thank you!"

"Everything was really nice. Kitchen space ample, fans in every room and spacious, bathrooms are great, smart TV in the living area. Seven of us stayed and had more than enough space for all of us. Great location, everything was walkable. No parking on location but many options for parking, we parked at the public parking under the Plaza De La Liberación all the days we were here. Overall really great and recommend for large families"

"This was a very interesting property. Covered with artwork and sculptures. It must be a great amount of work to keep this place dusted and clean. Our room was dated and worn. Really could have been cleaner. There was a kitchen but had no dish soap or tea towels or dish cloths. But for the price I think it was alright. We had a suite. I had booked a king bed but was given two doubles. We had our chihuahua with us and the area was safe to walk him. Lots of good restaurants to choose from. "

"I have been at the bungalows Demetria several times and it has always been a great and a pleasant place to stay in Guadalajara. Cozy and homey bungalows with the nicest and always friendly stuff . Special thanks to Azucena and Oliver receptionists and Isabai, Abraham, Mariana and Gael the best maids. This time we missed Carlos Valencia (Reception)"
