"Está muy cerquita del metro y eso hace un super favor! Nos encantó eso. El personal se portó muy amable y accesible, ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos, tuvimos un pequeño mal entendido sobre el depósito al principio pero se esforzaron por hacernos la estancia muy agradable. La terraza 10/10. Recomendado, solo fíjense en el total del depósito, no les vaya a pasar como a nosotros :(("

"James is a great host, and his big house with many interesting and private rooms, many with their own washrioms, were super comfortable. Located in the very chic and safe Chapalita area with plenty of dining options, and an easy 15 minute walk to Expo Guadalajara. Will definitely be back. Thanks for your hispitality James!"

"Poor service. Loud. The room was nice, we liked the location, but when the toilet broke getting resolution was impossible. After waiting a day, getting the run around and being ignored we checked out. "

"This was a very interesting property. Covered with artwork and sculptures. It must be a great amount of work to keep this place dusted and clean. Our room was dated and worn. Really could have been cleaner. There was a kitchen but had no dish soap or tea towels or dish cloths. But for the price I think it was alright. We had a suite. I had booked a king bed but was given two doubles. We had our chihuahua with us and the area was safe to walk him. Lots of good restaurants to choose from. "

"I have been at the bungalows Demetria several times and it has always been a great and a pleasant place to stay in Guadalajara. Cozy and homey bungalows with the nicest and always friendly stuff . Special thanks to Azucena and Oliver receptionists and Isabai, Abraham, Mariana and Gael the best maids. This time we missed Carlos Valencia (Reception)"
