Only thing we missed was any guidance, signs etc to point to reception and breakfast area. It's a little search and find. Also there was no coffee or bar service as mentioned as all was closed, so I would recommend to enquire beforehand if you plan to use these facilities. "This small B and B (5 rooms) is very beautiful and the decor is artistic and elegant. So much attention to detail. My bed was so comfortable, and the shower great. I enjoyed sitting the garden when I arrived for a glass of wine and snack. It's about a five minute walk to Santa Maria gate to Centro. Maria, the owner, and Nadia, her assistant, were welcoming and attentive. "

"The location was close to the promenade and beach. A lovely park was directly across from the property. It is a perfect place to walk to the train station, beach, restaurants and shops. It was a quiet location as well. The owners are lovely and very accommodating. The train made seeing Lucca and Cinque Terre a dream come true for me. I highly recommend this place. "
