"The check in process was a little difficult. The WiFi was broken and we were not informed until after we checked in. We were told it was getting fixed that day, but it wasn’t, and never did get fixed over the 3 days we were there. We would not have stayed there if we knew this. The room was bare boned. "Arrived at 02:30 in the morning but the lad on 24hr reception was alert, helpful, friendly and got us to our room quickly with no problems. Equally friendly and helpful was the lady on reception the next two days. Breakfast was great and plentiful but the best thing for us overall was the location…a 4 minute e-scooter ride away from the thermal baths one way (I can recommend) and an 8 minute escooter ride away from the city centre the other way! "
