"I would recommend not choosing the single rooms with balcony. The room is a bit claustrophobic and the a/c wasn’t working in the winter. They did offer me to change room and removed a room service charge for breakfast as a gesture of good will."

That said, the pictures online made my expectations slightly higher than what I experienced, particularly in terms of room maintenance and attention to detail. "Arrived at 02:30 in the morning but the lad on 24hr reception was alert, helpful, friendly and got us to our room quickly with no problems. Equally friendly and helpful was the lady on reception the next two days. Breakfast was great and plentiful but the best thing for us overall was the location…a 4 minute e-scooter ride away from the thermal baths one way (I can recommend) and an 8 minute escooter ride away from the city centre the other way! "

"Good property in a central area. Was easy to get around the city from it, and lots of places to eat nearby. The beds were a little hard, but not bad. The TV had all the streaming apps you could want. Very good soundproofing, with the exception of being able to hear the cleaners trolleys on the floor above, and the window shutters were good at keeping out the light in the morning. Overall, very good."
