The staff was very helpful and responsive on whatsapp; that worked great for us given our limited spanish; they helped arrange a balloon ride and tours. "We really enjoyed this property and our stay in Mexico. We actually stayed here twice in the same month - total of 25 days with a 3 day stay in Mexico City halfway through our trip.
