"GPS and the name on the outside of the hotel are Hotel Pasado Jatsiri FYI! Ring the bell on the outside of the building to be let in. We upgraded to a room with A/C and heat which was great as it was chilly. Excellent view from the rooftop terrace of hot air balloons at sunrise! Wish there were room darkening curtains and a lip under the door to keep out bugs/light but stay was great. "

"We stayed 3 nights… This was a beautiful apartment with lovely outdoor space. The staff was very helpful and responsive on whatsapp; that worked great for us given our limited spanish; they helped arrange a balloon ride and tours. Some of the staff have great english; the others use their phones to translate; everyone was always open and accommodating! "We really enjoyed this property and our stay in Mexico. We actually stayed here twice in the same month - total of 25 days with a 3 day stay in Mexico City halfway through our trip. This is a great property in rural Mexico and is very secure with tons of space in the yard for our 4 kids to run around, shoot hoops, kick the soccer ball etc. With the large play structure on the property they had lots to do.
