"Jamas pudimos entrar, es de una empresa que administra la renta de inmuebles que se llama BRICK ON, ellos no respetaron que tenia una reservación, me hicieron batallar ya que tuve que llamar varias veces hasta que respondieron y me dieron una solución. EXPEDIA también hablo con ellos y me ofrecieron alternativas, me ayudaron mucho. Pueden entrar a la pagina de esta empresa para ver las propiedades que manejan y JAMAS hospedarse con ellos. Tuvimos que tomar una de las opciones que nos daban...

"Habirndo reservado cñ y pagada con más e un.med de anticipación. Villa.dos habitaciones al llegar me.dijeron que ya estaba ocupada por todo el finde semana .. buscar en otro hotel donde no eran las mismas comodidades. Un gran disgusto "

The staff was very helpful and responsive on whatsapp; that worked great for us given our limited spanish; they helped arrange a balloon ride and tours. Some of the staff have great english; the others use their phones to translate; everyone was always open and accommodating!
