"The room had a really weird smell when we got there. Like they were trying to hide a smoking odor with a lot of perfume. After we opened the windows it disappeared after a day and a half. The surroundings are really not interesting. If you want to stay somewhere, better off go to "

"This little paradise was very well presented. It was well equiped and had all that is required. Bernd and Diago (the dog) are excellent hosts. The property and location were quiet and peaceful giving plenty of opportunities to just chill out and relax. Views over the coast were terrific. Hope to visit again."

"Fabulous property, everything you could need for self catering apartment. On a lovely complex, great pool, the pool snack bar was fantastic! Quieter area, couple of shops within walking distance up the hill, some great restaurants at the bottom of the hill. Easy to drive to the busier areas of Costa Adeje - I personally loved that we were staying in a quieter part! Easy to drive to attractions, waterparks, go karting, beaches etc. Loved it!"

"The flat was really nice and spacious and well equipped. However, because of its open plan nature, it was cold despite the owners lending us 2 heaters. It was up 4 flights of steep stairs so many people might find this a problem. It is also high up in the hills and access to and from other areas of the island is very difficult, even with a hire car. The owners were extremely kind and helpful"

"My wife and I stayed here with our 9 month old son for a week during early April and enjoyed our time here! The house is well designed and provides very good access to some of the best hiking on the island. It’s well designed and equipped as we cooked some of our meals from home and lacked nothing. It also had all we needed for our baby including the host bringing a baby bathtub at our request! One thing to note is that the house has open ceilings so sound can travel. "Once again, we had a very enjoyable stay at Casa Ermita. The property was very clean and comfortable, with easy parking right outside. Well located for walking in the Teno Alto area and the weather was hot and sunny every day!"

"Die Lage ist gut, der Lokale Strand auch. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist auch gut. Leider ist die Wohnung für 5 Personen viel zu klein. Sollte maximal für 3 vermietet werden. Außerdem hat sie keinen Ausblick, so dass man sich eher in eine Kellerwohnung fühlt. Wenn man die meiste Zeit, so wie wir es machen, außer Haus ist, dann ist die Wohnung in Ordnung. Will man länger drin verbleiben, dann ist sie etwas Triste."

"Firstly, Domingo was an excellent host, very responsive to any question or communication. The cake left for us was a welcome gesture. Sheets and towels were changed every 7 days. The property is located approximately 20 mins walk from Garachico itself which has many shops and cafe/restaurants. Although the bus stops right outside it is advisable to hire a car. "It's an hour away from airport so you'll need to rent a car. The place is very quiet and there's not many tourists around, I consider this as an advantage. 15-45mins from larger tourist places if you'd like to get something fancy to eat or party a bit. 5 minutes of walk to the nearest local groceries. 5 minutes of walk to a really great place for Coffe or brunch (Boreal). Brilliant hotel

"We stayed 3 nights at Hard Rock hotel and absolutely enjoyed our stay.Staffs were very friendly,buffet breakfast was brilliant and we really loved the heated swimming pool. 471 bus stop is just outside the hotel which is so convenient for travelling. "

"Great hotel ! There are activities for the whole family from kids to adults. The food is very tasty. You also have a chance to taste a variety of different foods. The employees do anything in order to make sure you have a great holiday. It is a great family hotel ."

"Our first experience in a Barcelo hotel and adults only. It was a fab experience with great food (I put on weight!) - they had a different additional theme each night. Pool area was stunning. The pools were on the cooler side like most hotels but my husband enjoyed his swim. Didn’t get chance to try indoor spa but available at extra cost. Walking distance both ways from hotel. Enjoyed the walks and went to the harbour a couple of times and did a boat trip. Quiet area so if you want lively bars etc maybe not for you. But suited us. Would probably need to catch a bus to see other areas. Would recommend this hotel. "
