"This property is superb. The furniture and fixings are a little worn/ dated but there is plenty of equipment, cutlery crockery etc The roof terrace is definately its biggest asset. Its huge, well furnished, not overlooked and has great views over the coast and sea. Patrick the owner was happy to allow late check in and check out. There is a key safe on the door. I believe Patrick lives in Belguim but has maintenance and cleaners to look after the property. We got a little twitchy about check in...

"Great accommodation - just what we needed. Well situated, clean and well equipped. Pool area was fabulous. Owner was very quick with communication and when we had an electricity issue, a technician was sent immediately to resolve it. However we would change a couple of things…there are pictures of a beach which is NOT 300m away which is a bit misleading. The safe needs to be replaced - we had to go out leaving valuables around as it could not be fixed. Air conditioning would have been amazing...

"On arrival Brice was there to meet us and couldn’t have been more helpful he gave us tips on where to go and what was available locally. The apartment was clean and had all amenities you would need. The only real issues were the sketchy nature of the Wi-Fi and the tired sunbeds on the roof that need replacing. Overall a very pleasent stay and thanks again to Brice for all his help and advice."

"This apartment is wonderful! In a quieter area but you can walk to shopping and restaurants or drive to las americanas area for more options and nightlife. Everything you need is accessible and a large grocery up the road. The pools are nice and not too crowded. The owner, Paco, gave us great recommendations and was easy to contact with questions. "Cannot fault the apartment and location. We stay in about 3 self-catering apartments a year and I rate this in the top 3 we have ever stayed in. View excellent, accommodation perfect, air-conditioning in the bedroom, great quality kitchen utensils, opening of the glass wall brings the outside in. The small town is a great place to relax and good selection of restaurants (you know it is not a touristy place as many restaurants only open 5 days a week and are full of locals). " Lots of pluses. Apartment and complex were beautiful and just perfect. Superb pool. Quiet throughout. Great but simple security throughout. Only minus was location was a long walk from bars etc. However the bar and restaurant around the pool was open til 9.00 every night and was good value. We would very much recommend Adeje Paradise complex to anyone."
