"On arrival Brice was there to meet us and couldn’t have been more helpful he gave us tips on where to go and what was available locally. The apartment was clean and had all amenities you would need. The only real issues were the sketchy nature of the Wi-Fi and the tired sunbeds on the roof that need replacing. Overall a very pleasent stay and thanks again to Brice for all his help and advice."

"My husband and sister in law spent February month here. Beautiful condo with view of ocean. Had most everything we needed . We were pleasantly surprised with the warm weather for this time of year. Only negative was unit is on lower level and close to roadway in compound which saw alot of traffic. But everything else made up for it. Beautiful pool and pool restaurant. And walking distance to many restaurants. Nice quiet area of Tenerife. We enjoyed enough to come back next year. "

"Good apartment for the money. The property manager was very efficient and helpful, the pool area is good with a bar at good prices, the properties around are mainly Spanish families. One side of the quadrant had a bad fire some time ago and may need to be demolished and the whole building exterior is tired but the apartment is lovely really enjoyed our time there and yes I will go back gladly."
