I called Expedia and the hotel manager refused to refund, I talked to the manager and accepted to refund so I left the hotel, and one week later he just changed his mind!!!!"

"Unfortunately I got sick and I threw up in my bathroom on day 2 of my stay. Not a big mess but some missed the toilet. Thought the maid would clean everything the next day…. but no…. as a test I didn’t say anything…. and day after day after day…. never cleaned…. yet the sink and shower was cleaned and new towels provided daily.
