The hotel is located on a major road with a lot of traffic at all times which makes it difficult to sleep. There were no towels when I showered.

Easy check-in staff was very nice And helpful. Bed was comfortable. my room was clean. If you have a room by the street, it can be a little noisy, but the noise doesn’t bother me so it was not a problem. The food has been better in the past had basically the same thing on the menu for the three days I was there, but overall, I enjoyed my stay and will continue to stay there again

The property was very clean. The staff friendly but I had a couple of issues with kitchen staff The breakfast was supposed to be until 9. At 8:30 am or before many food was unavailable. The staff was not friendly when I asked for something that must be available until at 9 am. That was 2 times. Also I ordered a meat with fries for lunch and the food was cold and very poor quality.

Reservé habitación con cama queen size y no era en realidad queen size, era matrimonial (421), no obstante marque a recepción y me dijeron que era queen y me colgaron. No habían más que dos toallas, no habían toallas de mano, ni toallas para piso y el agua se salía de la regadera, de las aguas de cortesía había una a medias, las almohadas muy malas, en la mañana no había agua caliente, los canales de la televisión solo se veían 4 canales, se metía el aire de afuera por la ventana pegada al escritorio.
