"The hotel is stunning in every way. All the public areas; lobby, restaurants, pool areas, pathways etc are so clean and beautifully maintained. The room itself was large and clean with all the amenities you would expect in a luxury hotel. The bathroom was spacious with a freestanding bath. The walk in shower was huge! Every member of staff we encountered was so friendly whilst being highly efficient at their jobs. For such a big hotel it never seemed to be over busy. There were rarely any queues to either be seated at breakfast or for any of the food stations. Similarly at the pools. We went to both the adult infinity pool and the main pool. Occasionslly there were no available loungers at the adult pool around lunchtime / early afternoon but we never had any problem finding chairs around the main pool. Food was excellent throughout the resort. Not the cheapest but excellent quality and well worth the price. Around the pools orders were taken from and brought to you at your loungers by numerous and highly attentive staff. The staff especially Overall a superb hotel and wonderfully relaxing experience."

"We received a warm welcome and a tour of the resort. The staff always greeted us with a smile and made us feel like part of their family. The place is very quiet, and they have great chefs. I would definitely return."

"Beautiful resort in front of Legian Beach. Very clean, modern, and the staff are all friendly and helpful and everybody speaks English. The property has a nice pool for adults and for kids. They also have a kids club where kids and babies can play inside. The atmosphere is very nice especially at night it’s very warm and moody, every night they do a dance show, they call singers etc. They also have a amazing Balinese SPA which is very full of reservation so reserve in advance. The room is very clean but is very noisy especially in the road side. I really recommend!"

The plant-based cheese focaccia was a standout dish. The staff's attentiveness and helpfulness are unmatched; they provide a five-star experience. The rooms are great, with excellent quality. However, the general cleanliness of the pools could be improved, and some of the furniture in public areas, such as the daybeds around the pool, needs to be replaced. They look a little tired now. Overall this is an excellent place to stay and we can't wait to visit again."
