"We stayed here while we are at UBUD. They are very friendly and well-maintained hotel. I loved the staffs who was very kind and nice! They also have pretty garden and swimming pool. But we didn’t have a chance to get in there. Tell you the truth, you have no time to stay at the hotel because the city is too much things to do. There was a small sewer issues but they came and fix right away. Only one concern was the air conditioning system. Likely other south Asian countries, they don’t clean the filter that often so it could smell fungus a little bit. But it was much better than other hotels. Breakfast area was authentic and nice!! They are not the buffet style but the quality of the food was healthy and yum!!! We loved it! I think I wanna stay here again when I visit Bali next time! "

"The service at this place is 100 out of 10. The property itself is so beautiful but what takes it to the next level is the wonderful staff. Everyone at this place goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and to make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. The food at Deeva restaurant is outstanding. Shout out to the superstars who made my stay here so wonderful : First I would like to mention my driver Putra who has far exceeded my expectations. I have a problem with my knees and can not climb too many stairs. But my driver assisted me in every step of the way, and it was only because of him that I was able to explore so many wonderful places which I could not explore on my own. Putra, I want you to know that your kindness has not gone unappreciated. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your exceptional service. And every time I come to Ubud, I want you to be my driver. The other person I wanted to mention is Listia, who made me feel so welcomed when I first entered the property. She went above and beyond to make sure that my room is to my liking. Truly exceptional service that I have not seen anywhere else. Every single person here is an absolute gem and their service is truly praiseworthy. The room and view was magnificent, the hotel staff were out of this world from their friendliness, willingness to do anything for you and their attention to detail, they used our first names and always knew what room we were in.
