"Room was comfortable but there were a few stains on the curtains and the bathroom door. We enjoyed a really good breakfast and would definitely stay here again."

The bathroom had perhaps seen better days but the hotel overall was fine and parts have been well cared for or updated. Great that it has a gym and pool. Shame the sauna was out of order. Extremely convenient location for the centre and excellent value for money."

"This is above a pub 2 minutes from the station. Eaglescliffe is a nice place to stay though there isn't much around the station to look at. The hotel is a bit basic but clean and good value for money."
