"My mom stayed here and had a very great experience. The owners are extremely friendly, nice, attentive, and caring. Contacting the owners was very easy and they responded extremely fast which was helpful. The home was very cozy, clean, had a nice full kitchen, and very nice bathroom and shower. "Es war eine super Zeit. Beim Check In dürfte es einen Übertragungsfehler der Nachricht hier auf fewo gegeben haben mit der Info ab den Gastgeber, wann ich in der Unterkunft ankommen Werder. Somit musste ich eine 3/4 Stunde warten. Es war allerdings nur halb so schlimm, weil der Wald hinter dem Haus sehr schön ist. Das Haus ist super renoviert, moderne Heizung, top Ausstattung, auch in der Küche und ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Werde wieder kommen, wenn es sich ergibt. Danke an den Gastgeber...

"Great location. Close to buses and subway. Quiet, safe garden house area. A few perks like coffee filters, salt, a few coffee pods would have helped for our few night stay. Host was helpful. "

"The place was ok, but the communication was terrible. I did not receive the code for the door. Called several times but just got an answering machine. After 3 hours and with the help from a local i finally got the code, at 10pm, not funny"

"Räumlichkeit in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Fußboden an mehreren Stellen defekt. Randleisten stehen von der Wand ab. Tapeten hängen von der Decke. Im Bafezimmet stinkt es nach Kanalisation. Aus dem Whirlpool kommt kein richtig heißes Wasser. Fenster schließt nicht vollständig und musste zugeklemmt werden. Usw. usw. Würden freiwillig nicht mehr in dieser Unterkunft absteigen."

"Komplett fehlende Kommunikation. Keine Reaktion auf Anrufe oder Emails, daher war es extrem schwierig an die Schlüssel zum Appartement zu kommen. Der Sicherheitscode wurde nicht zugesendet. "

"Der Aufenthalt musste wegen der Überschwemmungskatastrophe in Niederösterreich auf 16.-26.10. verschoben werden. Die gebuchte Wohnung sollte über 2 Terrassen, Marmorbad mit Bidet und separates WC verfügen. Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Im Gegensatz dazu war die zugewiesene Wohnung minimalistisch ausgestattet, hatte ein kleines nicht beheizbares!! Duschbad mit WC, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. 5 Handtücher für 10 Tage, 2 Bettdecken, 2 Kopfkissen....

"Wir hatten erstmal Probleme die Schlüssel zu bekommen, weil ich den ganzen Nachmittag auf einen Rückruf gewartet habe.Dann war die Unterkunft nur eine Möglichkeit zum schlafen. In der ersten Wohnung war der Fernseher kaputt, es standen 6 Betten drin, mutmaßlich für Handwerker. Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht, genauso wenig ein Ofen. Die Mikrowelle war verrostet. "The hostel is located very close to U bahn. It was easy to reach the city center and all touristic destinations. Towels and bed sheets however smells very bad and replacements were pretty much the same. Last day the boiler providing hot water for showers and central heating was not working. The contact number provided was unreachable I dont recommed this place to stay for long accommodations"
