"What a cool place this is, nestled in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood of Victorians and other older houses, with kids playing outside and kitties on front porches. Reminds me of my childhood a million years ago! We recently added a new patio in the back yard. Perfect evening entertainment.

"We had an amazing time at Gayle's place in Lawrence. It was a quick walk to Allen Fieldhouse for the KU / UNC basketball game which made the house very convenient for our primary event of the weekend. The house was also a great place to unwind and relax before and after the game. Overall an amazing experience!"

"The house was "as advertised". We had all the comforts of home and a short drive to activities."

"We came to Lawrence for a wedding and this place worked perfect for us. We were supposed to have 3 couples staying but one couple ended up sick and couldn't make it. Splitting the price amongst 3 couples would have been much cheaper than staying in a hotel and was much more comfortable! Very cute place. We would stay again. The checkin and out was very easy and the host was also easy to work with. It was a nice and quiet neighborhood and as advertised. "
