"A nice quiet stay with a great host. "

"Greyfriars was an interesting property. The hotel is on the main street, yet it felt contained, safe and quiet. The unit had plenty of room for 4 and the kitchen was well-stocked. There were chairs on a covered front porch that we shared with one other unit. This is not a fancy hotel but it more than met our needs for an overnight stay. The room was clean and I felt safe. It’s a good property for travelers with children. "

The outdoor patio area was vety basic, and as the sun was bearing down hard on the patio and our room, we could not sit outside and enjoy the evening there (as we'd anticipated). The facilities otherwise were good, although perhaps a bit dated. "
