"The room was nice, clean, had all you needed for your short stay. The cleaner was excellent, room was done up every day. The grounds outside were rough. Needed a lot of maintenance. The pool area was very unattractive, the Bar B Que area was overrun with weeds . That entire areas was run down. Which is too bad as you can see at one time the place was quite elegant. Other wise, it was OK , I would stay again. Generally a bit high cost wise for what you got."

"Ian and Michelle couldn’t have been more accommodating or friendly hosts. They were good enough to allow us early check in, which was really helpful as we had perishable food in a cool box to put in the fridge. Our room had a very comfortable bed, powerful shower and even a great iron! The motel is very conveniently located to all the great shops that Greytown has to offer. It also has a good sized car park which all rooms are close to. Highly recommended. Alex & Bronwyn January 2025"

"The location was perfect being very close to the center of town. The studio was very clean and roomy. Very enjoyable stay overall! Minor suggestions: Kitchen needs decent knives for cutting meat and vegetables. BBQ ignition was not working, so had to dash to supermarket to buy some matches to start it. Would be handy to keep some matches in the kitchen and have some instructions of how to start the BBQ incase the ignition fails."
