" We initially encountered a hiccup because the door of our room was jammed and we couldn’t get in. Eventually we were offered a new room and we were upgraded to a different room. Although the new room was clean, there were some cellar spiders around the room. Wasn’t a big deal for us - just thought that they weren’t expecting for that room to be used so it wasn’t really cleaned thoroughly. Overall, great experience. Love that it’s very tranquil.
