"Spacious, good kitchen/laundry facilities. Comfy bed, very nice sheets Bonus view over the garden of apartment complex next door.Central city location - easy to walk most places. Suggestions: instruction sheet on operation of air conditioner, it IS possible to change temperature, turn off fan etc but not intuitive! Bathroom needs hooks to hang clothing when showering also shower really does need a ledge to hold soap shampoo etc Often when we returned there was a food smell even though we did not cook? Overall we enjoyed our stay here."

"Amazing hotel in downtown Wellington. Easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Upscale furnishings and comforts. Great in-house bar. Only flaw was loud neighbors w load music before 10 pm. May want to call the hotel before and ask if this has been resolved if you plan to relax before 10. "

"TRYP by Wyndham Wellington on Tory Street is absolutely adorable and perfectly located in the city. We loved the convenience of street parking, which made it easy to offload all our stuff. The rooms were well put together with lots of convenient features. Staying over New Year's Eve was a delight. We could easily turn a corner for dinner and then stroll to Wellington's celebrations, surrounded by great eateries and bars. We took a quick Uber ride to another location, and everything was seamless. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the vibe!"
