"Talbot Commons is a very charming enclave located in a quiet area within walking distance of Taylor’s shopping district. Each of the rooms are decorated with a trendy western theme. All the rooms are on ground level arranged around a common area, so it could be ideal for a wedding, group, or small family reunion. For me it was an ideal stopover on a trip across Texas. "Front desk was very nice and as I didn’t get into the room till late I was pretty disappointed to have to kill multiple roaches in the room and shower… Overall I just needed a place to sleep for the night but definitely was pretty grossed out by time I left."
