"This property was perfect for our large family group coming into town for graduation events. The property was clean and tidy and had plenty of sleeping space. The property manager was very responsive and gave us a heads up about some unexpected damage to the property that occurred in a storm the night before our stay. The description was a bit confusing on how many bedrooms and such where available, as this property was still in the final prep stages when I made my booking, but it all worked out...

"Host was very responsive and available. Plenty of space both inside and outside the property. Very close proximity to places to do things. Plenty of towels, blankets, and ‘extras’ in the kitchen. Rules are simple and host provides information about local places and things to do. In a rural area, so quiet (except for local traffic) and very accessible within 20 minutes. "
