"I stayed at this property in fall, 2023, and did a repeat stay here for 6.5 weeks. Ashley was very responsive with questions or if I had an issue. I knew there was road construction happening (was happening in the fall). Bed was comfortable. Everything was pretty much the same as the fall. I did get to meet several of the neighbors and their pets which was great. Will check out availability when I return to Austin. Did not take advantage of the swimming pool or fitness center."

"The neighborhood is in the ghetto there was pot smoking , broken glass in the parking lot. We go there and had 3 chairs to sit on for 4 people to eat at the table only 1 remote for 3 TV 's no smoke alarms in the apartment they were all taken down , the sofa in the living room was on three legs and a cement block. The place needs to be sprayed for roaches, the security lock on the front door was off I took pictures of every and showed the maintenance man With that being said the maintenance guy...
