"They say pets are allowed in the facilities, but they ar not . So, they should correct that information."

"Room not ready for check in time and staff refused to resolve. Had to wait with children for some time before staff agreed to give us a different room so we could check in. Other than that inflexibility and inconvenience, our stay was great. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Would stay again."
