"Had a few days in Paihia with the teens for the school holidays. This beautiful home is so close to everything- we just parked our car up and walked everywhere. Many restaurants very close by, beach was a stones throw away, ferry terminal and main shops a leisurely few minutes away. Would definitely stay again."

"Such a lovely home, with a bathroom for every bedroom and a beautiful deck out front with a view of the water. The only note I have is that it’s not super clear which front entrance is which (the home is split in to 2 rentals), so we almost walked in to the wrong home. Otherwise, wonderful stay and lovely hosts!"

"A lovely property, a newly renovated villa in a quiet location surrounded by fields. Mostly well equipped, but lacking a few details like somewhere to hang towels in the bathrooms. Bath plug leaked and TV turned itself on at full volume at 7.30 am!! Good location for access to Twin Coast rail trail."

"We had a wonderful stay, my only complaint would be that the single beds downstairs probably need new mattresses. The driveway is a bit steep but you get wonderful views."

"This spot was perfect for our family (2 adults and a 5 year old). Very close to everything but removed enough that it was peaceful. We enjoyed a bottle of wine on the deck at sunset and had everything we needed. The hosts were so friendly, responded quickly to messages, and accommodating. They checked in a few times to make sure everything was good, but overall gave us lots of privacy. They went out of their way help with our laundry so we didn’t loose any time exploring the area. "We were in Paihia for the Jazz and Blues festival and had 7 people staying in the house. Plenty of room for all of us. Great social spaces for hanging out. Great location as we could walk into town. We were all very happy with our stay. Would love to have had the opportunity to cook and dine around the lovely dining table but we were out and about enjoying the festival. Next time."
