"Overall a lovely place to stay but not without some issues. We booked a junior suite which was very spacious but had a small bathroom which was a bit disappointing compared to the size of the other spaces. There is a great text service which goes straight to reception and they get back immediately and answered our questions or brought us what we needed. Fridge is a good size and both kettle and coffee machine with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar and fresh milk sachets in fridge. Sadly our TV...

"Spent three nights in a junior king suite. Lovely room with a huge comfortable bed, large bathroom with spa bath. Balcony overlooking the lake as I think all rooms at this hotel do. Staff on reception and bar and restaurant very efficient and helpful. Would definitely stay here again should we visit Taupau in the future."
