The kids enjoyed playing outside on this beautiful farm while the adults gathered around the fire pit that was well stocked with wood and comfy chairs. We look forward to staying here again. "We celebrated Christmas early with our families. We did some baking as a group, some game playing. Space was absolutely perfect for that with the large island for cookie and peanut butter ball making. The basement space gave those older kids a great place to hang out. "Our family of 10 stayed for a long weekend. We loved the big island in the kitchen. All of the TVs were smart TVs so we were able to watch lots of fun Christmas movies. The games in the basement were a huge hit with the kids. Fantastic yard and views of nature. Would be great in the summer. Only con was the mattress in the upstairs bedroom was very soft, as well as one of the mattresses for the kids. If you don't mind soft mattresses it's ok. Otherwise really great place to stay and...

"We had a guys golf trip with 8 of us staying at Camp Chigger Ridge. The house was great for our group! Beds were comfortable, porch and grill more than adequate for hanging, and the hot tub very clean and hot!! Hurricane Helene kept us from golfing much so we watched football at the house and had a great time!! We went to brewery and Bennie's Off the Lake for a couple meals and drinks as they were nearby. If back in the area, we would definitely stay here again. "

"The description is right on point. A little bungalow just blocks from the little boutiques and eateries, a 15 minute walk from French Lick Hotel. It let us enjoy all the activities without paying the high price for a room in the hotel. We went the weekend after Thanksgiving. And the whole area was a Christmas wonderland"
