"Having on hand printed my already paid booking with Expedia, where the room was pool view (was on the description of my booking), they tell me that to have that room I would pay extra money, I choose the room with pool view and air conditioning but they give me a room behind the hotel with a fan. We only spent one night there and we lost the money for the rest of the days. Could be a problem between Expedia and the Hotel but the hotel only ask for more money and Expedia doesn't allow to cancel...

"Very nice property. Friendly staff. We rented the downstairs single bedroom villa that had an outdoor kitchen area and pool. The upstairs was a two bedroom villa that I am assuming would use the same pool as us. No one had regrets it so we had the whole thing to ourselves. The villa is surrounded by a tall wall and locking gate. Very secure and pretty quiet."

"Honestly, it's a beautiful property, and if you're looking to enjoy some solitude or spend quality time with your partner, this is definitely the place for you. Since it’s situated in the heart of nature, we encountered frogs and other insects, but they had mentioned this before booking, so I can't fault them for it. "Please is located in the heart of town. Very reasonable price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is great. However black ants in bathroom. Specially on sink. Even sink is clean, no food. Only problem i had is Internet is sucks. Bad Bad wifi. Many hotspots are a available with strong signals but hard time connecting. I talked to other guests and all complained about wifi. SO NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR TELEWORKERS"

"The room was spacious and.came with a wonderful balcony that had a beautiful view of the valley. The pool was lovely. The location was solid; there were several convenience stores and restaurants within a five minute walk, and the center of Ubud was only 15-20 minutes on foot."

"My teenage daughters & I were travelling alone, we felt safe, had amazing breakfasts everyday. One of my daughters is coeliac & they made her pancakes, had the best bread for & amazing coffee. We would definitely recommend staying & great value for money as well. Staff were lovely & very accommodating. Great service & easy to communicate prior & during stay with WhatsApp. "

"The photos don't truly capture how beautifully landscaped the property is, with lush, beautiful tropical plants everywhere. If you're after a 'jungle' experience, this is for you (surprisingly few mosquitos!) The rooms are cute and basic, but comfortable with great vistas of the jungle. I like how you're supporting a family-run business too. "
