"The property is inside a small village. It is equipped better than most of hotels that I had experienced, such as heated toilet seat. There is 30-40 minute walking distance from bus stop, the owner drives a Mercedes to pickup guests. Room is very clean, bed is large and comfortable. Breakfast is free. Dinner is Japanese style hot pot only."

"One of the most comfortable hotel we stay. Very clean, spacious and unique design. Bed is on the firmer side, water pressure is good for both rain and hand held styl shower. It’s got Nesspreso coffee machine, oolong tea, soft drink and beer no extra charge. Staff Autumn is very friendly and help us with luggages and show us around like a family. Breakfast buffet and diner main course meal with buffet are phenomenal. Love the infinite pool on the roof top where we watch stars and sun rise. We took bus from Chiayi train station and bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Definitely will come back again when we visit Alishan. "

"Parking isn’t easy but it’s perfectly situated to explore the old street. Nice to stay here overnight to get some hours avoiding the hordes of tour bus groups that come through."

"The property is half way to the top of the mountain, so about an hour's driving from Jiaye. The suite we stay has two bedrooms, a shared washroom with two bidet toilets and a large shower. It also has a large living room and an open tea room that can be converted into a bed room. The suite is clean and very comfortable to stay for a family. The staffs were very friendly. One of the attractions of Alisan is sunrise, you can enjoy a cup of Alisan's green tea in their lounge at the sixth floor. However, if you are enthusiastic about Alisan's sunrise, you should drive to the top of the mountain. You will be above the cloud which is very beautiful also and be able to watch the sun rising from the cloud."
